For your safety and health, Bella store does not allow the return or exchange of products, due to health reasons and for the preservation of public health, except for products that reach the customer damaged or containing a manufacturing defect. Since hair products and hair devices are considered sensitive health products, we do not accept exchange or return requests in the following cases: if the product has been used or opened; if modifications have been made to the product (such as dyeing or customization) at the customer's request; if hair devices have been unboxed or used after receipt; custom orders made according to the customer's wishes, unless there is a manufacturing defect. Conditions for exchange or return (for damaged products only): the damaged product must be reported within the time of receipt; the product must be in its original condition, with its original packaging, unused or unopened; the original purchase invoice must be available; the exchange or return process is through customer service via WhatsApp. Duration and procedures for return: the process may take up to 10 working days; the amount will be refunded after the damaged product arrives and is inspected and its condition verified; the amount will be transferred to the customer's account within 7 working days after receiving the product. Important notes: orders can be canceled within 24 hours of completion, provided the order has not been shipped; if a custom product is requested according to the customer's wishes, the order cannot be canceled after execution; the customer bears the shipping cost if the order is not received and returned by the shipping company; in case of non-receipt of the shipment, Bella store is not responsible for return or cancellation of the order; if a higher-priced alternative product is chosen, the customer must pay the price difference.
